Residential:
Satisfied Customer Support since 2000. No customer needs are too small or too big. If your needs are to learn basic computer functions, copy a CD, attach pictures to email, or turn it on or turn it off, we are the company for you. We have installed many home networks, including sharing files, printers and laptops. We have many homeowners that rely on us for their everyday computer support. It varies from remote access (broadband access working and required), to virus and spyware removal. If you want to learn how to do something on the computer, we can remote in to your computer interactively and show you. We also offer phone support along with the remote access to teach you in the comfort of your home on your timetable.
Commercial:
We have several commercial customers that we support. Our customers cover a wide variety of business clients. They include hospitals, doctors, shipping, and several other small businesses.
