Computers Unlimited was very professional, this was a painless service. Computers Unlimited made sure I understood everything they were going to do. After the process was complete, Computers Unlimited made sure I was able to get back into the computer and everything worked as it should. This is a like a brand new computer. Computers Unlimited did a tremendous job in the last five days working through a pernicious malware problem which has turned up, in their thoughts right now, to be none other than some kind of advertising gimmick of a major multinational internet corporation. Not a virus. A virus probably would have been easier. It took five days to get to the bottom of the problem. Computers Unlimited is tenacious, an effective fighter on issues like this one. They also have done an excellent job on getting us set up with the contact management software called ACT. When ACT is working, it is great. But for us, at least, it has been semi surly. Probably more than semi. I / we appreciate Computers Unlimited very much!

Computers Unlimited went above and beyond what anyone else would have done for me. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!! I had a lot of critical data on my computer and did not have a current backup. Computers Unlimited spent several days working with my computer to get me up and running again. It was not my hard drive, just a bad virus that was affecting my entire operating system. Computers Unlimited managed to salvage all of my files, emails, photos and music, along with the QuickBooks and Peachtree files I needed for taxes that I had just completed days before for multiple companies. Thank you again. You really were a HUGE help to me.

Computers Unlimited came in and did a complete update at the Doctor’s office where I work. This included all new PCs and a copier/fax/scan/printer device. They were great about working around our patient schedule and availability. I called one time after they left with a question which was resolved promptly. Computers Unlimited has called as a courtesy twice to check in with us. Great prices on the anti-virus and firewall software! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for computer help.

Computers Unlimited has done an outstanding job with a challenging assignment. ACT is a contact management software which I have used since ACT 2000 was the current version. I think that was about version 5. When ACT works, it does a great job. ACT has been through multiple revisions, and through multiple sales to different parent companies. It is currently going through another sale. Computers Unlimited has been able to work with tech support at (just previously) Sage to combine 6000 ACT contact files with different files in different versions of the software on three different computers into one file. The goal is to make everything in the combined file accessible with multiple computers in multiple locations. It looks like it is going to work on smart phones as well. We hope. Computers Unlimited has been hammering away at this project through multiple twists and turns. They are competent, tenacious, persistent technician. They have been very fair in business dealings with us.

Once again Computers Unlimited came through when I needed them. My laptop died so I sent it to Computers Unlimited. They replaced the hard drive, saved ALL my data, and wala it runs like new again at a fraction of the cost of other pc repair stores. We own a sports bar and had multiple needs that Computers Unlimited was able to complete. We needed to have wire ran to several locations in the bar and kitchen for the point of sale equipment to make a network, then it all had to talk together and to the internet. We also added a wifi system so people can access the internet. Computers Unlimited was able to run all the wire, put in the wall plugs for the wires, connect the wifi and get it working. It works great and looks good too. We highly recommend Computers Unlimited!

Computers Unlimited got my computer straightened out & running again, last year, in short order. This year brought a different problem, that of getting the correct part to fix my laptop. Obtaining the correct parts, especially for something no longer in production, can be very difficult. Computers Unlimited continued looking, thru different suppliers; until the correct part was delivered. The laptop was assembled & works better than when it was new. I will definitely, call them the next time a problem arises.

I called Computers Unlimited not even sure what I actually needed. I wanted my computers, scanners, and printer to work better without hang-ups and I needed a better way to can all my photos and documents. Their prices were so reasonable. Computers Unlimited explained everything they do and my two laptops are running so smooth with a system back up that doesn't slow anything down and no adware or virus to date. I would recommend Computers Unlimited with a five star rating. Wonderful company with terrific staff.

Computers Unlimited completely overhauled my computer and with the professional workmanship of Computers Unlimited of Spring Hill, TN, I was up and running and never missed a beat. I live in the country in IL and it was nice to save on Gasoline and not having to drive 45 miles and drop it off and wait 2 days and go back and pick it up. Plus they call and ask later if everything is working. Good follow-up. Thanks a million

Can’t say thanks enough for Computers Unlimited. Seems every time I run into a problem I'm sure can't be solved I know I have somewhere to go to find the solution, sometimes remotely from CU to My Screen. Whether its trouble with my Home PC, a laptop, old hardware, uncooperative software, lost files or just dealing with different or new systems. I have found that even if it feels like it could be another worst case scenario comes true, I've had somewhere to turn for answers and advice.

Computers Unlimited has the best professional service around. I had my computer built by them and whenever I needed help or service they are always ready to help. I recently got a virus and with remote access I did not even have to leave my home and had the problem fixed that same day. Very reasonable rates and great service. We just wanted to thank Computers Unlimited for helping us recover some lost pictures and music from our hard drive. After getting our computer back from a repair shop, we were devastated to discover that the My Pictures and My Music folders were empty. We were sure they were just gone forever, but you were able to recover and save what we believe to be is all of the pictures and music we had before our computer crashed. We are now in the process of going through the recovered pictures and we are so grateful for what you saved...many beautiful and meaningful pictures, as well as memories would have been gone forever. We can't even begin to tell you how thankful we are. You are awesome, and what you did was nothing short of a miracle in our book. Once again, THANK YOU!!!

Computers Unlimited has been able to fix every problem we've had at the office in downtown Columbia, Tennessee, or at our home in the country. They are the consummate professionals. They fix problems quickly, either on site or remotely, and with a minimum of time involved as they know time is money on both ends, ours and theirs. They follow up to be sure all is working satisfactorily and smoothly. Their work has been outstanding over a long period of time. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. I have an older system and was told by two other techs it was too old to repair and just trash it and buy a new more modern system. Being on a fixed income I was unable to get a new one at this time.
